Serigraph on heavy art paper titled, "Harry's Wall Street Bar" by famous Pop/Impressionistic artist LeRoy Neiman. It is from one of Neiman's bar scene tradition that includes: P.J. Clarke's, The Bar at 21, F.X. McRory's Whiskey Bar and many others. Harry's, known to be as loud as the floor itself, is the Wall Street bar for traders, brokers, investment bankers and New York's people of wealth and power. The well dressed and to-do patrons share tales of sleepless nights, endless fortunes, lavish nights of partying. And it is not only for the men, however prominently featured in this piece are Felix Rohatyn and Mayor Edward Koch. The monitors to either side of the bar flash the latest prices even at 20 to 1 in the morning. Its always crowded at Harry's, no matter the time of day, and thus this is piece is a favorite of many. Fortunately we are presenting you the opportunity to own this piece for a much better deal than retail outlets command and thus it will likely sell before this listing ends. The piece is Hand Signed in the lower right and is from the very scarce edition of 600, (numbered 287/600), has been archival matted to approximately 28" x 40" and elegantly custom framed to compliment the piece with dimensions approximately 40" x 52".
