 Sculpture titled, "The Rose" that is a stunning rendering paying homage to great and elegant dancers.  This is one of the nicest and most desirable artworks MacDonald ever created, with its vivid detail and brilliant patina that is the highlight to this sculpture, also it is one of our personal favorites.  Worth mentioning again is the fact, MacDonald is considered one of the greatest living and figurative sculptors, therefore his original works sell quickly and are hard to obtain.  However, this piece which has remained in excellent condition since it was completed in 1999, is being listed by us with the Submit Best Offer Option, meaning it will likely sell before this listing ends.  It is from the very rare edition of 175 (numbered 99 of 175), contains MacDonald's signature in the bronze, is guaranteed authentic, and, comes with the Richard MacDonald Letter of Authenticity.
