Rare Etching and Aquatint with Hand-Coloring titled, "Werther (H.357)" by famous Art Deco artist Louis Icart.  This piece is an actual, HAND SIGNED etching with the Windmill Stamp, and, comes with a gallery certificate guaranteeing its authenticity.  The piece is signed in the lower right corner and is Figure 357 in "Louis Icart: The Complete Etchings" by Schiffer Publishing Ltd, PA.   This incredible work is from 1928, and, is NOT a reproduction.  Furthermore, we are presenting you the opportunity to own this piece for far less than the retail by listing it with the Submit Best Offer option.   The artwork measures approx. 22" x 15", and, has been elegantly custom framed to compliment the piece.
